I have had photos from my friends before and think it was a similar problem, although eventually it came through. They are probably trying to surprise us so I thought before calling them I would try to download. I've sent my Mum pictures from my iPhone before and they haven't arrived at all she's currenty with amaysim but I'm switching her over to Boost shortly.
I think file size can be an issue with some carriers such as amaysim's Optus. The file size you mentioned may be a bit too large, I thought kb was the maximum file size for MMS, but the iPhone seems to prove that not so. I can't really think of much more to help you. Two days ago I started having a problem with group text messaging. I have no problem sending texts, but the replies come back from the individuals in the group. Two days ago I tried renaming my group, instead of having 3 cell phone numbers. WHen I did that, replies to the group came in without any identities. I fixed that but still have the above problem. I am having the same issue the last 2 days. Had to switch to 3g to get mms to send and receive. Is this being fixed or do I need to find another carrier?
In the meantime what to do? Your service is not working. If they get this fixed in couple days okay, if not I will be switching. Boost, when will this be fixed? Not being able to send MMS is a huge problem So as many of you loyal customers I'm sure are aware of this absolutely ludicrous situation going on with boost service and Samsung Galaxy S8 and S9 models not being able to send MMS messages over 4GLTE network and having to switch to 3G yet paying the same price.
I myself have been doing so now for 3 bill cycles ie 3 months. Well my profession being a field supervisor and running 4 different construction sites, I need a phone with service reliability being that I'm the point of contact for about 60 people and needing to visit on average 25 different websites daily this joke for a service just isnt working any longer!

Well I am happy, extremely ecstatic, rather, to say I have solved the problem! After 5 long years of loyalty and having referred many employees, family and friends to Boost, I have contacted each and every single person I have referred and successfully got them all on board, myself along with at least 20 others will be saying good riddance to a company who doesn't care about the people who keep them in business. Just think something as simple as a little customer service could have changed everything!
