How to change epicgames file download location

Once the Epic Games Launcher is reinstalled you will be able to download any games you own on your Epic Games account that were removed. After you install the Epic Games Launcher to the Applications folder, you can move it out of it to any other location by holding down the Command key and then clicking and dragging the Epic Games Launcher where you'd like it to be.

Next, save the file. You should change the InstallLocation value to point to the game folder in another drive. After editing, do not forget to save the file. Now, the game should be moved to another drive successfully.

You can launch Epic Games Launcher to play this game. You can create a symbolic link using Command Prompt to move Epic games from one drive to another. Command Prompt will create a symbolic link to the new location. The download doesn't even start. I already asked for a refund and purchased the game on play station but I thought I would write this here so EPIC knows this is an issue. I only have couple of hours a week to play video games and my time is wasted trying to figure this out.

Let me play please. The country you wish to update can be updated once every six months, but you will need to log in and have access to your account email to make any changes. There are certain regions where you cannot update your Epic account to, you can find more information about them here. Decide where you would like to move your game. You can uninstall it by clicking on the three dots next to it.
